On Sundays, we gather for worship and to see friends old and new, but the community thrives beyond those precious hours. With groups that share experiences, affinities or live near to one another, there's bound to be a place for you.
The LGBTQIA group at Grace was started in 2017 and is known as "AHAVA", which is the Hebrew word for love. We provide support for the LGBTQIA community inside and outside of the church, promote healthy social groups, and foster continued dialogue to make our community safer, more equitable, and more just for all of God's people. The organizer is Thom Andreas.
Colorado Springs sprawls in all directions from the foot of Pikes Peak, and we are blessed to have members in all corners of the city and county. To help make connections closer to home, we have neighborhood groups that gather for meals, support outreach projects and one another in good times and in hard times. Current groups and their conveners are listed here.

Our lovely garden spaces surrounding the church and office are designed and tended by a group of dedicated volunteers. Each week between mid-April and October, they gather to plant, weed and water so the beds offer a rainbow of color, texture and scent for all to enjoy.
Grace and St. Stephen’s has a vibrant community of young adults ranging in ages from early twenties to late thirties, married and single, with children and without. Some of us are lifelong Episcopalians, and some of us are brand new to the Episcopal Church.
You’ll often find us grabbing coffee after church, volunteering with Habitat for Humanity, or talking about our faith journeys in the Nave after church.
