2025 Vestry Election (Absentee Ballot)
Grace and St. Stephen's Annual Meeting takes place on Sun., Feb. 2 immediately following the 8:00am service of Holy Eucharist at approximately 9:00 am.
At the meeting members will be asked to affirm the update to the bylaws approved by the vestry on October 15, 2024 here, and to elect** the Senior Warden, Junior Warden and three (3) candidates to the vestry (see bios here).
If you cannot attend the meeting, please complete the following absentee ballot. Please complete your ballot before 5 pm on Sat., Feb. 1, so that your vote can be included in the results on Sunday morning.

Article II, Section 2 of the Grace and St. Stephen’s by-laws defines Qualified Voting Members as: Adult communicants in good standing as defined by the Canons, who have regularly attended parish worship services and have been contributors of record during the calendar year prior to any election, are qualified voting members. Contributions of record may be monetary or take the form of volunteering for the benefit of the parish.
